The former Dominican monastery is located on the Körnermarkt, in the centre of Krems’ Old Town. The museumkrems is housed inside this impressive monastery, located around the Baroque inner courtyard. It has a permanent exhibition recounting the history and culture of this city on the Danube, and hosts temporary exhibitions that showcase the museum’s extensive artefacts.
